As a housing provider, we recognise that there are a number of pressures leading to these moves which can put sport and physical worriedness very low on a person's voucher plane if this is something they had previously enjoyed. 'Make Your Move' aims to find low forfeit and self-ruling activities in your local zone and put you in touch with other like-minded zippy people in your new community. There is something for every-one weather-beaten over 18 and of all abilities! The aim is to have fun, finger part of the polity and modernize or maintain fitness. The project will be delivered in Norfolk initially, with a focus on Norwich for the first few months and rolled out to Suffolk and Essex over the four years of the project. It will be misogynist to ALL social housing residents in the area, not just Cotman tenants.  Self-rulingdaily activities are misogynist from Monday 8th October at Riverside Leisure Centre in Norwich and include exercise classes, gym and swimming sessions.
